"Killing two birds with one stone" leaves something to be desired as an expression, but you can do just that on your next trip to the grocery store. In addition to purchasing bone loving foods, like spinach, chard, mustard and collard greens, romaine, shredded cabbage, nuts, any and all beans, gourmet seeds and decadent dairy, there's another way to be good to your bones: it's called EXERCISE, and it can be subtly (if not literally!) carried out in sacks of healthy groceries.
