GORGEOUS POT LUCK LUNCHEON
Invite your GORGEOUS GAL PALS for Spinach Salad with Warm Chipotle Chili Vinaigrette Topped with Chicken Strips & Crisp Sweet Potato (page 66). Add Cranberry Wedding Cookies (page 35) for dessert.

This is a divide and conquer lunch. Print out the recipe for the salad. Have one pal bring the vinaigrette, another brings the chicken strips and the third brings the sweet potato. You supply the spinach and the bowl. Assemble the salad just before you eat and pass the cookies (that you made earlier in the week) with cappuccino.

GORGEOUS SNAP SHOT LUNCHEON
Invite your GORGEOUS GAL PALS to share Chicken and Rice Meatball Hoagies (Page 242) and Mango Walnut Crumble (page 165). Yumm!! Grab your digital camera and take pictures of your pals as the open wide for this great luncheon special. The main dish can be prepared in advance as can the dessert. Use your speedy printer to create pictures that you frame for you pals. Great memories!! Oh, and don't forget to share one or two of those great pix with us!!

GORGEOUS GIVE BACK POWER
Invite your GORGEOUS GAL PALS to share Ginger Marinated Tuna with Dill Lime Butter (page 347) and Key Lime Pound Cake (page 360). While you luxuriate over conversation, discuss ways to give back to your community. Perhaps a shared shift of volunteer time at the local hospital is one way for you to contribute. Another would be to raise money for your child's school fair. Perhaps you all can take an hour to help out that one pal who is nursing an ailing parent. Whatever the choice, Gorgeous Gal power will get things done.
