While you are running errands, stop and treat yourself to your favorite deli sandwich with whole grain breads, fresh veggies and lean meat. Date Night! Invite Pals for Charred Sirloin Steak with Mushroom and Red Wine Sauce and Tropical Strawberry Tiramisu. Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 10 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Sweet Potato Pancakes with Warm Raspberry Syrup. Open Faced Eggplant, Tomato and Cheddar Grilled Cheese sandwiches are great for lunch and afternoon game watching. Sunday night supper fun includes Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms, Thyme and Fontina Cheese with Chilled Berry Sauce with Lime Sherbet and Coconut Garnish. Stretch out those toes and soak in warm water after a long weekend. Get to bed early with a lavender sachet tucked under your pillow.
