Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 10 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather your honey for a special brunch of Creamy French Style Eggs Garnished with Chopped Tomatoes and Chives Prepare a light lunch of Arugula Salad with Walnut Crusted Goat Cheese. Stretch out those toes and soak in warm water after a long weekend.
