Saturday Bake up a stunning Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake Topped with Granola. (Save extras for later in the week.) This is shopping day.  While you are running errands, stop and treat yourself to a fresh veggie salad with your favorite (but light) dressing. Date Night! Invite Pals for Roasted Asparagus Salad & Arugula, Radishes & Lemon Vinaigrette, Snapper Fillets Smothered with Caramelized Onions and Orange Cappuccino Parfaits. Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 10 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Say "Ricotta Cheese" Pancakes with Very Berry Sauce. Have a snacky lunch of Black Bean and Roasted Pepper Enchiladas.  Share extras with coworkers. Prepare Roasted Chipotle Salmon with Minted Couscous for Sunday's supper and serve with Simple Zucchini Cake with Vanilla Glaze reserving leftovers for later in the week. Give yourself a home spa manicure. Turn on your Pilates DVD and get down with your inner core. Stretch out muscles and improve your squats. Work your way up to a perfect teaser.

Monday Start your work week with Apple Pie for Breakfast!  (Just kidding of course….) Brown Bag It! Build a better tuna sandwich by adding green pepper, celery and onion to the salad. Choose whole grain breads and plenty of dark green lettuce with slices of tomato. Surprise!! Serve Five-Spice Beef Wraps with Orange Ginger Dipping Sauce and Poached Cherry Sundaes for dessert. Take a couple of minutes to visit the cosmetic counter and purchase a rich hand cream filled with collagen. Oh, and check out that bracelet in the glass counter

Tuesday Dash off to work with a slice of Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake. Make a fresh veggie salad. Southwestern Chopped Salad with Toasted Peppers and Corn fits the bill. The kids (big and small) will dig into Chicken and Rice Meatball Hoagies. Take a 30 minute power walk to start your day. Add 15 minutes of weight lifting. Do a few more reps than last week. Find a pal who wants to run a marathon and start training.

Wednesday Prepare Banana Bread Snack Cake (reserving extras for later in the week). Invite your GORGEOUS GAL PALS to share Grilled Veggie Panini with Basil Pesto Sauce with Chocoholics Crutch for dessert.  Enjoy a decadent supper of Poached Salmon in Infused Olive Oil with Horseradish Sauce and leftover Simple Zucchini Cake slices for dessert. Take a 30 minute power walk to start your day. Add 15 minutes of weight lifting. Do a few more reps than last week. Reward yourself with a manicure appointment.

Thursday Enjoy Egg in a Frame with Basil Tomatoes because the dish comes together in minutes. Brown Bag It! Take along a container of veggie salad topped with slices of salmon leftovers from last evening. Sauteed Yellow Tail Snapper with Braised Cabbage and Cheesy Mashed Potatoes make for a cozy hand-holding supper.  Walk this way – for 30 minutes. Add a few lunges to stretch out those legs and feet. Remember the sunscreen, especially on your hands.
