Saturday Bake up a batch of Whole Wheat Bran Muffins with Golden Raisins and Walnuts (save extras for later in the week). This is shopping day. While you are running errands, stop and treat yourself to your favorite deli sandwich with whole grain breads, fresh veggies and lean meat. Date Night! Invite Pals for Charred Sirloin Steak with Mushroom and Red Wine Sauce and Tropical Strawberry Tiramisu. Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 10 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Brunch Frittata with Red Potatoes and Kale. Prepare Sweet Pea Panzanella Salad. Have a small dish for lunch and reserve the rest for later in the week. Sunday night supper fun includes Mojo Marinated Chicken Served over Black Beans, Slowly Stewed Collard Greens and Chilled Berry Sauce with Lime Sherbet and Coconut Garnish. Stretch out those toes and soak in warm water after a long weekend.

Take a couple of minutes to visit the sports store and update your tennis shoes.  Remember to purchase a pair with just the support that you need to protect your tootsie toes.

Take a 30 minute power walk to start your day. Add 15 minutes of weight lifting. Do a few more reps. Reward yourself with a pedicure appointment.

Feast on a menu of Sea Scallops with Blood Orange, Avocado and Red Onion Salsa and Pecan Graham Squares. Remember your 30 minute power walk. Add a few lunges to stretch out those legs and feet.
