Saturday Bake up a stunning Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake Topped with Granola. (Save extras for later in the week.) This is shopping day.  While you are running errands, stop and treat yourself to a fresh veggie salad with your favorite (but light) dressing. Date Night! Invite Pals for Roasted Asparagus Salad with Arugula, Radishes and Lemon Vinaigrette, Snapper Veronique and Strike It Rich Chocolate Pudding with Crumbles. Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 10 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Walnut Stuffed Baked Apples with Maple Syrup. Have a snacky lunch of Black Bean and Roasted Pepper Enchiladas.  Share extras with coworkers. Prepare Jambalaya for Sunday's supper and serve with Simple Zucchini Cake with Vanilla Glaze reserving leftovers for later in the week. Give yourself a home spa manicure while you listen to your favorite new jazz cd.

Monday Blend up your favorite Juiced Up Fruit and Herb Breakfast Drinks (Apple-Mint) Brown Bag It! Build a better tuna sandwich by adding green pepper, celery and onion to the salad. Choose whole grain breads and plenty of dark green lettuce with slices of tomato. Surprise!! Serve Sliced Chicken Breast with Red Grape Sauce and Sauteed Red Cabbage with Drunken Raisins (don't tell the kids)! Take a couple of minutes to visit the cosmetic counter and purchase a rich hand cream filled with collagen. Oh, and check out that bracelet in the glass counter!

Tuesday Dash off to work with a slice of Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake. Make a fresh veggie salad topped with slices of leftover chicken and your favorite citrus vinaigrette. The kids (big and small) will dig into Chicken and Rice Meatball Hoagies. Hold hands with your special someone while you stroll through the neighborhood after supper.

Enjoy a decadent supper of Poached Salmon in Infused Olive Oil with Horseradish Sauce with leftover Simple Zucchini Cake slices Take a 30 minute power walk to start your day. Add 15 minutes of weight lifting. Do a few more reps than last week. Reward yourself with a manicure appointment.

Thursday Whip up a batch of Granola Power Bars for a real grab and go breakfast. Brown Bag It! Take along a container of veggie salad topped with slices of salmon leftovers from last evening. Sauteed Yellow Tail Snapper with Braised Cabbage and Cheesy Mashed Potatoes make for a cozy hand-holding supper.  Walk this way – for 30 minutes. Add a few lunges to stretch out those legs and feet. Remember the sunscreen, especially on your hands.
