While you are running errands, stop and treat yourself to your favorite deli sandwich made with whole grain breads, plenty of veggies, reduced fat cheese and lean meat. Date Night! Invite Pals for Snapper Fillets Smothered with Caramelized Onions, Grilled Veggie Skewers and Poached Cherry Sundaes. Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 15 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Say "Ricotta Cheese" Pancakes with Very Berry Sauce. Have a simple lunch of roasted veggie soup made by blending leftover veggie skewers with homemade (chicken broth). Prepare Pancetta-Wrapped Turkey Medallions with Broccoli Rabe, Peppers and Onions and Fresh Lime Cake with Warm Blueberry Sauce (saving extras for later in the week). Turn on your Pilate DVD and get down with your inner core.  Stretch out those muscles and improve your squats - work your way up to a perfect teaser.

Monday Prepare Eggs in a Frame with Basil Tomatoes for the gang to start off the week on the right foot. Brown Bag It! Take along a salad made with tons of fresh veggies and your favorite vinaigrette. Roasted Chipotle Salmon with Minted Couscous and Sautéed Peas with Mint makes an easy week day meal. Sign up for an aerobics class with your best pal so that neither of you will skip out on the other.

Do a few more reps than last week. Find a pal who wants to run a marathon and start training.

Thursday Blend up your favorite Juiced Up Fruit and Herb Breakfast Drinks (Blueberry - Basil). Brown Bag It! Prepare fresh tuna salad with leftovers from last night's supper. Prepare Baked Chicken Breasts with Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato Sauce for an easy midweek supper.  Walk this way – for 30 minutes. Add a few lunges to stretch out those legs and butt. Add a few squats after your walk. Hold in your tummy during your workout to build muscles.

Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK with a Pal that includes 10 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of stretching!
